2. I am a shipper and need to get set up...How do I do this?

3. I am a carrier, and need to get set up. What is required?
Please download Carrier Packet, complete, sign where indicated and fax all documents requested to 330.652.6620 or email them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

4. What are your Payment Terms?

If you are a customer: The maximum terms Lone Wolf will agree on are Net 30. This means your company has 30 business days to pay your freight bill(s) in full.
If you are a carrier: Lone Wolf will pay your freight bill in 30 days after receipt of a clean, original bill of lading with proof of delivery.

5. How long is the process to get set up with credit?
Typically it takes 24 hrs to get set up but can be done within 2 hrs if critical.
